Dig South, strike gold.
Modeled after SXSW but designed with a local focus, Dig South aims to be the annual hub for digital innovation and the creative industries in the Southeastern US.
The creators have invited a few dozen national leaders in media, technology, and communications to join with local artists, designers and nonprofits for a weekend of big ideas and new directions in Charleston, SC.
Kickstarter backers can score first dibs on tickets, passes, and exhibition space — and share in the feeling of making a new tradition happen for the first time.
Side note: Charleston and April were made for each other.
